The European Digital Covid Cert has been extended until June 2023 in a bid to safeguard travel amid the ongoing pandemic.
Although many countries have reopened their borders for passengers who are unvaccinated against Covid, a cert is still required to prove a negative PCR test for many countries.
Further afield, Irish passengers continue to have to show proof of vaccination or recovery and will have to do so for another 13 months.
