A blind dog who spent eight years tied up in chains has finally been given a second chance at life and a safe place to call home.
Foster carer, Erin Boyd, 42 from New York, USA, says it was "love at first sight" when she agreed to temporarily look after Stevie Wondie from Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue.
The neglected pup arrived in her care in February 2021 with two eyes but no vision, after suffering with glaucoma and heartworm disease.
