Residents are being told to act immediately with a bushfire emergency warning in place for an out-of-control blaze south of Perth.
The warning was issued for an area west of Nanga Townsite, south of Dwellingup in the Shire of Waroona, on Saturday afternoon.
"You are in danger and need to act immediately to survive," the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) said in an alert.
"There is a threat to lives and homes."
Residents are being advised to leave for a safer place if the way is clear and if not, to be ready to shelter in their homes.
DFES said the fire started in state forest west of Nanga.
A watch and act warning was also issued for a bushfire further to the west of Nanga Townsite, with a possible threat to lives and homes.
DFES said the bushfire was out of control and unpredictable and was moving fast in a westerly direction.
