BlackLine Clears Technical Benchmark, Hitting 80-Plus RS Rating

On Tuesday, BlackLine received an upgrade to its Relative Strength (RS) Rating, from 79 to 82.

This proprietary rating measures market leadership by showing how a stock's price action over the last 52 weeks compares to that of the other stocks in our database.

Over 100 years of market history shows that the best stocks typically have an 80 or higher RS Rating in the early stages of their moves.

Hone Your Stock-Picking Skills By Focusing On These Factors

BlackLine has moved more than 5% past a 60.22 entry in a first-stage cup with handle, meaning it's now out of a proper buy zone. Look for the stock to offer a new chance to get in like a three-weeks tight or pullback to the 50-day or 10-week moving average.

BlackLine showed 18% EPS growth last quarter. Revenue increased 10%.

BlackLine holds the No. 8 rank among its peers in the Computer Software-Special Enterprise industry group. AppLovin, AppFolio and Descartes Systems Group are among the top 5 highly rated stocks within the group.
