Black stripe alert! Quarterback Air Noland has shed his black stripe and has been officially welcomed to the brotherhood.
A highly rated four-star recruit coming out of high school, the lefty QB has somewhat been a forgotten man. Noland committed to Ohio State in early April of 2023. After Ohio State added Will Howard and five-star Julian Sayin from the transfer portal, there were rumors that Noland would decide to take his talents elsewhere. His father put those rumors to bed early, and here he is, still working hard to get better.
Of course, the Buckeyes are loaded with talent at the quarterback position and have the No. 2 rated quarterback in the nation coming next year in Tavien St. Clair. Noland may explore other options at season’s end, but for now, he’s focused on being the best he can be and helping the team in any way possible.
