When does Black Ops 7 & Warzone Season 2 Reloaded come out? Release date and exact time

In a blog detailing the Blackout-inspired Black Ops Royale mode coming to Warzone, Activision has confirmed that Season 2 Reloaded is set to launch on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. It’s one day off our expected release date and prediction of Call of Duty leakers, as Activision plans to roll out Black Ops Royale on Thursday (the usual release day of major updates), March 12, at 11pm CT / 9pm PT.
In line with the CoD tradition, the Reloaded update is anticipated to drop at 11am CT / 9am PT / 12 pm ET / 5pm GMT. Here’s a countdown for you to know exactly when you can jump into midseason action:
What to expect from Black Ops 7 & Warzone Season 2 Reloaded

Season 2 Reloaded is set to expand the BO7 Multiplayer map roster with five additions: Torque, Cliff Town (remaster of Yemen), Mission: Peak (Skirmish map), Grind, and Firing Range. Also coming are the new Gauntlet and returning Infected modes, along with the Lockshot scorestreak.
BO7 Zombies fans can look forward to the Paradox Junction map and the Rare GobbleGum Turncoat, which charms nearby undead. Zombies-tied events are expected to roll out throughout the mid-season update.
BO7 Endgame (Co-Op Campaign) is set to introduce rare off-map events called Glitches, wherein you need to survive escalating waves and defeat the Glitch Boss to earn Nightmare Skills—a new skill type that can be equipped alongside your Exotic Skills. The Exotic Fabricator is another mid-season addition to Endgame, allowing you to upgrade any loadout or field acquisition weapon to a full Exotic Weapon.

In Warzone, Season 2 Reloaded will launch Black Ops Royale, a mode inspired by Black Ops 4‘s Blackout and set on a revamped Avalon map designed for battle royale gameplay. Iron Gauntlet Beta, a revamped version of Iron Trials mode first seen on Verdansk ’84 in 2021, is also set to arrive. This mode pits duos on a battlefield with scarce resources, rapid circle collapses, limited vehicles, higher player health resulting in slower TTK, and rebalanced loot.
Of course, new weapons are coming, including the Voyak KT-3 assault rifle and Swordfish A1 marksman rifle, along with conversion kits for the Echo 12 shotgun and MXR-17 AR.
As with every Reloaded patch, you should anticipate weapon buffs and nerfs, new weekly challenges, operator bundles, camos, and live events to round out the remainder of the second season.
