Activision hasn’t confirmed a launch date for BO7 and Warzone Season 2 yet, but the Season 1 Battle Pass timer points to a Feb. 5, 2026 release. Season 1 appears to end that day, and new seasons typically go live as the old one expires.

If Call of Duty tradition holds, the update should drop at 11am CT. Here’s a list of the release window across major time zones:

  • Pacific Time (PT): 9am
  • Mountain Time (MT): 10am
  • Eastern Time (ET): 12pm
  • Brasilia Time (BRT): 2pm
  • Greenwich Mean TIme (GMT): 5pm
  • Central European Time (CET): 6pm
  • Gulf Standard Time (GST): 9pm
  • India Standard Time (IST): 10:30pm
  • Singapore Time (SGT): 1am (next day)
  • Japan Standard Time (JST) / Korea Standard Time (KST): 2am (next day)
  • Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT): 4am (next day)

For easier tracking, we’ll add a countdown timer as soon as Activision confirms the exact release time.

What to expect from BO7 & Warzone Season 2

Season 2’s biggest reveals so far are in Black Ops 7 Zombies, announced during 115 Day. The new Mars Survival map launches day one, bringing Caltheris-themed rewards and fresh loot to chase. The Sturmwolf 45 SMG and Hawker HX sniper rifle, plus future seasonal weapons, will rotate into the Mystery Box across all maps. Fan-favorite Cursed Survival also becomes a permanent mode, letting you tackle every Survival map with the classic Black Ops 3-style points system.

On the BO7 Multiplayer and Warzone front, Ranked Play is confirmed for Season 2, backed by an upgraded anti-cheat to keep the playing field level for competitive grinders. Expect new MP maps and modes, and major map updates to Verdansk, Hollow’s Haven, and a winter rework of Rebirth Island.

Endgame is expected to have its own shake-up with new skills, tracks, and dynamic world events designed to keep gameplay fresh.

As always, new weapons are introduced, as well as a fresh Battle Pass, delivering weapons, blueprints, operator skins, calling cards, and a stack of new cosmetics to unlock.
