With every new Call of Duty, there are plenty of camos to grind across all weapons. In Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, you can unlock 16 camos per weapon in campaign, Zombies, and multiplayer.
Every weapon in BO7 multiplayer has nine Military camos, three Special camos, and four Mastery camos. Military camos have basic objectives that are almost the same across all weapons, while Special camos are more specific. Lastly, there are the Mastery camos that require you to collect all other camos across multiple weapons.

All Military camos and how to unlock them in Black Ops 7 multiplayer
The first nine camos for each weapon are Military camos. To unlock these, you need to complete basic objectives with the weapon, primarily landing headshots. The objectives are the same across most categories, and you can complete these challenges passively as you play multiplayer.

Completing all Military camo challenges on a weapon unlocks its Special camos. These are trickier to get and require you to run specific attachments, Wildcards, or simply get kills while moving. Most of these challenges can’t be completed passively with any weapon build you like, so below you can find a list of all Special camo challenges in BO7 multiplayer.

All Mastery camos and how to unlock them in Black Ops 7 multiplayer
Finally, after unlocking the Special camos, you can start working towards Mastery camos. These are some of the most time-consuming camos in the game, as to even unlock their challenges, you need to do a fair bit of grinding.
Here’s what you need to do to unlock Mastery challenges for a weapon:
- Shattered Gold: Unlock all Special camos.
- Arclight: Unlock Shattered Gold for all weapons in the category.
- Tempest: Unlock Arclight on 30 weapons.
- Singularity: Unlock Arclight on 30 weapons.
With that out of the way, here are the Mastery camo challenges themselves:
- Shattered Gold: Get three kills without dying 10 times.
- Arclight: Get 10 double kills or better.
- Tempest: Get five kills without dying three times (for launchers: get five kills in a single match).
- Singularity: N/A
The final Singularity camo doesn’t have its own dedicated challenge, but unlocking Arclight on all 30 weapons in BO7 is a challenge within itself. This is the camo for the most dedicated multiplayer grinders, so you know who you’re up against if you see someone with this camo.
