Black Friday originally comes from the United States and is one of the busiest shopping days of the year. However, that hasn’t stopped the UK from joining in the fun and offering some fantastic deals for savvy shoppers.
Costco is no stranger to those. The warehouse, which has a branch in Gateshead, is only available to members who meet certain criteria, however, the online-only membership is available to everyone for just £15 per year.

This highly-rated stand mixer usually costs a pretty £249 but has an incredible discount. Many retailers have this stand discounted but nowhere near as close with many offering it for £249. The kMix is seen as a an alternative to the much-coveted kitchen aid mixers, which cost around £500, and Kenwood kMix Stand Mixers have previously been used on the Great British Bake Off.

Who doesn’t love LEGO? This Harry Potter classic usually costs £79.99 on the LEGO website, with other retailers and supermarkets offering it for between £50 and £70.
Duracell Optimum AA Batteries - 20 pack - £10.78
It’s the one thing we always forget to buy, but they’re the most important request on Christmas morning. Amazon is offering 12-packs of Duracell Optimum batteries for £10, meaning you’re getting eight extra batteries for 78p here.

Is it Black Friday if we don’t talk about TVs? This one includes Youview/Freesat HD and Google TV provides easy access to your favourite streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Prime, YouTube and Apple TV.
Guylian Belgian Chocolate Sea Shells, 1kg - £10.29
This box of Guylian sea shells weighs a whole kilogram - now that’s a lot of chocolate. On its own, delivery is around £6, so it still beats Amazon’s £17.99 price tag.
