BJP national spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia has filed a Rs 2 crore defamation suit in the Delhi High Court against Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka, Abhijeet Dipke and the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), according to a court filing posted by Bhatia on X.

Bhatia said the defamation case will be listed for hearing before the Delhi High Court on Wednesday.

“When accusations cross their limits, then the law draws its line,” Bhatia said in a post on X on Tuesday.

“A ₹2 crore defamation lawsuit,” he added.
