NEW DELHI: Reacting strongly to the LG’s recommendation of a CBI investigation into the Delhi Excise Policy, BJP on Friday said the AAP government had violated rules and procedures and promoted cartelisation to benefit liquor companies in Delhi.
Union minister Meenakshi Lekhi, accompanied by Delhi BJP chief Adesh Gupta and Leader of Opposition in Delhi assembly Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, hit out at chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, who defended his deputy and excise minister Manish Sisodia after the recommendation of the CBI probe.
