BJP’s Shehzad Poonawalla sends legal notice to AAP MLA Naresh Balyan for linking his name with Aaftab Poonawala in Shraddha murder case

NEW DELHI: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla on Tuesday initiated defamation proceedings against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Naresh Balyan for associating his name with accused Aaftab Poonawala in the grisly Shraddha murder case.

Balyan associated Shehzad's name with Aaftab and questioned whether the two were related as they shared the same surname of Poonawalla/ Poonawala.
