A trio of new lettings have been secured at a Birmingham office block. Story Contracting, an infrastructure company which delivers complex projects in the rail sector, has signed a five-year lease for 1,747 sq ft at 148 Great Charles Street.
It is being joined there by advertising firm Folk Agency, which has taken 1,761 sq ft also on a five-year tenancy, and recruitment agency Andereslite which has relocated to a different floor within the building, signing up for 1,935 sq ft on a five-year lease.
Aver Property, which is a joint venture between NFU Mutual and Ergo Real Estate, is the building's landlord.
Fraser Ramage, investment executive at Ergo, said: "This triple letting follows significant investment in the building and is recognition that both prospective and existing tenants see 148 Great Charles Street as the perfect environment for dynamic, growing businesses."
Stuart Worsley, operations director at Story Contracting, added: "We are delighted to be moving into our new Birmingham office in the new year as we expand our team in the Midlands.
"This new office enables us to better serve our clients and projects in the area, allowing us to offer new opportunities as we continue to build and grow in the region."
Aver Property was represented by Colliers and CBRE on both transactions.
