Birkenhead ferry operator Stena Line extends Peel Ports deal up to the 22nd century

Stena Line Peel Ports Birkenhead

The company that operates ferries from Birkenhead to destinations such as Belfast has extended its deal up to the start of the 22nd century.

Stena Line will operate from the 12 Quays port and ferry terminal after signing an agreement with Peel Ports.

The Swedish company, which is one of Europe’s largest ferry route and port operators, has operated twice daily ferry services to Belfast since 2011 and this new deal will see it continue to operate there for at least another 77 years, until 2100.
