How can I get free shipping at Biotherm?
Biotherm has free standard US shipping for purchases of over $50. If your order is less, this will cost $8.95. Your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days. There is also 2-day delivery for $15.95, or free on purchases of $120+.
Can I use more than one code at Biotherm?
No, Biotherm usually only allows one promo code per order. However, we’ve hand-tested and you can sometimes use a promo code with a free gift promotion. Previously, you could get 30% off and a free gift when your order was $80.
Which products are best for Biotherm discounts?
Generally, we’d recommend using your new shopper 15% off discount code on high-ticket items that won’t usually be on sale in the year. For Biotherm, this includes the Life Plankton Body Duo ($111) and Lait Corporal Body Duo ($69). Of course, if there’s a specific product you like, use it on that first.
Can I return a Biotherm product?
Yes, absolutely. Biotherm allows returns within 30 days from the day after your item arrives. Your item should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. It’s worth noting Biotherm does not pay the costs of returns unless the brand sent the wrong item, you do not want to keep a substitute for an exchange, or faulty.
