Billy Joe Burns knows Crusaders have to get themselves lifted again ahead of a potential banana skin Irish Cup tie with Bangor on Friday night.
The experienced defender will have to shake off the disappointment of Monday night's defeat to Glentoran and a bout of sickness as the Crues bid to make it through to the quarter-finals.
