Bills star cornerback Tre'Davious White appears to have suffered a serious injury during Buffalo's 48–20 win over the Dolphins in Week 4.
White was defending Miami's Tyreek Hill in the third quarter when he pulled up from a right leg injury. He wasn't hit on the play. White began hopping, unable to put weight on his leg, and went to the ground.
Indicating that he knew the injury was serious, White threw his helmet. The veteran cornerback eventually left the field on a cart, and the Bills soon announced that he was being evaluated for an ankle injury.
TreDavious White looks to have blown his ACL or a major knee issue. Always scary when it’s non contact https://t.co/vmkf2HYMYr pic.twitter.com/KWKhGRMpzZ

The entire Bills team surrounding Tre White as he’s being carted off the field. He got hurt on a non contact play and was visibly upset, as you can imagine. pic.twitter.com/NHMlvGPTNj

Nearly two years ago, White tore the ACL in his left knee and missed the final six games of the 2021 campaign. He returned to the Bills after missing the first 10 games of last season.
Thus far through the 2023 season, White started four games for Buffalo, compiling nine tackles and one interception.
