Bills running back Damien Harris suffered a neck injury during the second quarter of Sunday night’s game against the Giants and was transported to the hospital in Buffalo.
As of Monday morning, a source told ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler that Harris was released from the hospital with some neck pain “but otherwise is going to be fine.” He still had arm and leg movement on Sunday night, the Bills stated.
The scary scene occurred on a third-and-1 play when Harris carried the ball for one yard before Giants linebacker Bobby Okereke hit him head on, causing Harris to go to the ground. Harris appeared motionless on the field at first, prompting the Bills’ medical staff to rush to him.
After the 26-year-old was put on a stretcher to go into the ambulance, he gave a thumbs up to the crowd at Highmark Stadium.

The Bills haven’t offered an official statement on Harris’s condition yet.
