Bilile Faiers has voiced fears that her new Essex neighbours won't take too kindly with her husband Greg and his party-loving antics.
The former Towie star, hubby Greg and their two kids Nelly and Arthur are gearing up to move into their £1.4million dream home after two years of renovations and setbacks.
There had been reports of a feud swirling between the Faiers clan and their new neighbours, which Billie dismissed last week saying 'We haven't got a problem with any of them.'
However, during a chat on Vicky Pattison's podcast about the move, Billie joked that her husband Greg could ruffle a few feathers when they do finally settle in to their new abode.
"We’re going to be moving in there and none of the neighbours are going to like us," she said.
Greg teased: "They won’t like us after the first pool party!"
The dad said he and Billie have splashed out on trees to protect their privacy as they enjoy their sprawling garden - for which they have some very cheeky plans.
"That’s just for privacy... when we’re skinny dipping, you know what it’s like," he explained.
The couple also addressed stories about their Maldives honeymoon, where they were accused of turning the idyllic resort into 'Ibiza' by holidaymakers.
"We found out there was a couple of people on the island that – not in our party, that were like tourists staying there – but they were selling stories on all of us," Billie said.
"Most of the venues we’d hired private for all of our events that we’d done on the island, but they were trying to get like upgrades through the hotel and then they were going to the papers. To be honest with you, I think we were so in the moment."
Billie and Greg will share with viewers the journey to getting their keys on their incredible 1920s five bedroom mansion on their new reality show.
The pair have spent two years and splashed thousands of pounds on renovating the property to their tastes.
As their hard work is almost at an end, Billie admitted that she wished she could turn back the clock and do things differently as she shared her regrets.
"With filming and obviously renovating a house, It's like a it's a lot and sometimes does feel like there's not enough hours in the day," the mum told the MailOnline.
When asked what they would have done differently, Greg commented: "We probably wouldn't have done it."
