Billie Faiers hasn't even moved into her brand new mansion and she is already at war with her new neighbours.
The former The Only Way is Essex star and her husband Greg Shepherd purchased their four-bedroom property in Brentwood, Essex in January 2020, to renovate it into their dream home.
After Billie and Greg decided to completely demolish one side of the house, that meant that the building work was very noisy, resulting in the reality couple no longer being on speaking terms with her neighbours, who have also tried to deny the couple's planning permission applications.
And just recently, Billie and Greg decided to splash out a whopping £20,000 on trees to keep prying eyes out.
According to The Sun, The Mummy Diaries star and her partner have purchased Laurel trees, at £240 a pop, which can grow between 15 and 35 feet tall.
The new garden feature is perfect for extra privacy - particularly from neighbours you may not want peering into your garden and grounds.
Billie and Greg have been embroiled in a bitter feud with nearby residents, thanks to their objections to the famous couple's extension plans.
After one neighbour told the council that their ambitious vision would "erode local character and spatial qualities", the pair were forced to modify their original plans.
"We don’t go there much, to be honest, so we’ve not seen anyone. But it’s just not a great start, is it?" Billie admitted when discussing her new house and neighbour after the knock-back.
She continued: "The house is so old, whoever was going to buy it was going to have to renovate.
"There’s only one neighbour to the side of us and he had a lot of reasons as to why he didn’t want us to go ahead, but it was getting a bit silly in the end."
Despite getting off to a bad start, Billie is still looking forward to moving her family into their new forever home.
The mum-of-two has also hinted that she and Greg are ready to welcome a new addition to their household.
Speaking last month with sister Sam Faiers - who is currently expecting her third child - Billie admitted she "would love" to fall pregnant again within the next year.
In the past, prior to Sam announcing her pregnancy in November last year, both sisters spoke about the idea of trying for their third child at the same time and coordinating their pregnancies.
"I think, for me, I would love another baby - I would," Billie admitted on their podcast, The Sam & Billie Show.
"That's the truth of the matter. Obviously the last few years, there's been a lot on with work, the house and filming and I sort of put my career first, if you like, for the past couple of years.
"But absolutely yes, I would love another baby. The timing? Who knows?"
