American singer Billie Eilish has surprised her UK fans by making a subtle reference to the recent defamation trial win by actor Johnny Depp while she performs on her tour of the nation.
On Tuesday evening (June 7), Billie performed at Manchester's AO Arena in the first of two nights in the city, as reported by Manchester Evening News.
She will be heading to Glasgow to perform at the OVO Hydro on Tuesday, June 14, as part of the UK tour, which will also cover London and Birmingham.

As she made her way through the popular setlist, Billie sat down next to her brother and co-writer Finneas to perform a new song for the adoring crowd.
The new song, named 'TV', was an acoustic ballad, as Billie introduced it by saying: "We haven’t played a new song live before it’s out since 2017 or 2018.

“This is one we just wrote, and we just wanted to play for you.”
And in the lyrics, Billie sang: "What’s the point of anything, all of my friends are missing again, that’s what happens when you fall in love."
She then went on to reference recent viral stories in the media, that included Johnny Depp's multi-million dollar defamation trial against his ex-partner Amber Heard.
The song went: "The internet’s gone wild watching movie stars on trial, while they’re overturning Roe v Wade", which was received by wild cheers from the audience.
Billie Eilish will appear at Glasgow's OVO Hydro on Tuesday, June 14, and resale tickets are available here.
