'Bike boy' bailed to rehab amid carjacking allegations

An accused carjacker who is suing former Victorian premier Daniel Andrews for defamation has been bailed to a residential rehabilitation facility.

Ryan Meuleman, 28, faced Melbourne Magistrates Court on Wednesday after being charged over the incident in Melbourne's southeast on May 3.
