'Bike boy' accused of trying to take car with children

A man suing former Victorian premier Daniel Andrews for defamation allegedly tried to take a car with a woman and two young children inside.

Details of Ryan Meuleman's alleged offending were laid out in Melbourne Magistrates Court on Wednesday as he applied for bail.
