Bihar tourism minister's son, brother and five others named in Bettiah children thrashing case

PATNA: West Champaran police have registered a named FIR against Bihar tourism minister Narayan Prasad’s son Niraj Kumar alias Bablu and six of his supporters in connection with Sunday incident in which he (Bablu) allegedly opened fire in the air to scare away a group of children who were playing cricket in his orchard.
