Patna: Janta Dal (United) President Nitish Kumar on Wednesday took oath as Bihar Chief Minister for the 8th time and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejasvi Yadav as Deputy Chief Minister of at Raj Bhawan in Patna.
