PATNA: In a major political development, all three MLAs of Bihar minister Mukesh Sahani-led Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) on Wednesday quit the party and pledged their support to the BJP in the state assembly.
All three MLAs – Rajoo Kumar Singh (Sahebganj), Mishri Lal Yadav (Alinagar) and Swarna Singh (Gaura Bauram) met the Bihar Vidhan Sabha speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha in the latter’s chamber on Wednesday evening and submitted him a letter of support in favour of the BJP, sources in the saffron party told TOI.
