Manchester United supporters are already forecasting that Jadon Sancho will have a stellar season under Erik ten Hag.
The winger had an underwhelming debut campaign following his £73m move from Borussia Dortmund. The England international showed glimpses of his Bundesliga form, but failed to produce it on a consistent basis amid a troublesome season for United.
He was left out of Gareth Southgate’s England squad for their Nations League fixtures in June as a result. However, many believe Sancho will see Ten Hag’s arrival as a fresh start.

The Dutchman nurtured a number of fine wingers during his Ajax tenure, including Hakim Ziyech, David Neres and Dusan Tadic. His preference for youth was evident at United too, which bodes well for Sancho, especially with his place in England’s World Cup squad at stake.
On Friday, United shared a picture of Ten Hag giving advice to Sancho in training. And many fans on Twitter reacted to the post by predicting that the attacker will have an excellent campaign under the new manager.
