Big Brother's Narinder Kaur doesn’t speak to former pal Brian Dowling after big fall out

Big Brother series two star Narinder Kaur has revealed she is no longer friends with 2001 co-star Brian Dowling, and they have no plans to reconcile.

Despite being super close and being in each other's lives for almost 20 years, their friendship is over she has confirmed - with her seen taking aim at him online in 2018.

Their pals have tried to get them to reconnect since, but Narinder revealed "friendships come, friendships go".

Narinder explained on Channel 4's Steph's Packed Lunch on Wednesday that they "won't be making up", as she revealed they had a "big fall out".

Asked by host Steph McGovern if she still spoke to her former housemates, Narinder revealed she spoke to "loads of them", but not Brian.

She explained: "Yeah loads of them yeah. I don’t talk to Brian anymore. We had a big fall out, yes."

Asked what happened between them, Narinder went on: "It’s too much to go into. But, you know, friendships come, friendships go.”

As the show guests appeared surprised by the news, Narinder hinted there were no plans to reconnect with her former housemate.

Asked about this, she said: "Yeah, it’s the way it is."

Steph then asked Narinder whether she’ll make up with Brian, as their friends hoped they would, to which Narinder replied with a firm no.

She said: "No. I know people want us to make up, but we won’t be making up, no."

Narinder also revealed all on her time in the Big Brother house, and he confessed the reason she applied to be on the show was “to be famous”.

But she soon found the fame "difficult" after leaving the show.

Narinder said: "It was hard, it was actually really difficult… You’re like a no one and then you become a household name.

"You’ve got all the press and negativity that came with it, it was actually really hard.

"And, of course, I’m from the Asian community so that became an even bigger deal."

Steph's Packed Lunch airs weekdays at 12:30pm on Channel 4.
