Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, one of Big Brother's most recognisable stars, broke down in tears and posted an image of herself with make-up streaming down her face. Aisleyne told people to not put too much pressure on themselves at Christmas in a tweet that came shortly after she accused Asda of "ruining" Christmas.
Aisleyne found fame on the seventh series of Big Brother on Channel 4, where she made the final day of the series, and now describes herself as an "entrepreneur, reality star, actress, author, model and media personailty. She is a regular guest on GB News.
On Christmas Eve, she wrote on Twitter: "Wow ... to think I tweeted nice things about Asda and now one of their managers has single-handedly ruined my and a vulnerable old lady's Christmas. I'm actually shaking in shock! Thanks guys."

In a follow-up post, which showed her crying, the reality TV star said: "The reality of the pressure of Christmas.... be kind to yourselves at this time. Don't put too much pressure... wanted to share this to show if your feeling like me it's OK and it's normal and I live you. Be strong xx."
Aisleyne did not elaborate as to how Asda had "ruined" her Christmas, though she was asked by some of her 161,000 followers on Twitter. Earlier in December she had praised the supermarket for their initiative in which children can eat for £1 in their cafes for the rest of 2022. She described it as "amazing" and fellow reality star Nicola McLean replied to her, writing: "Let’s hope the other supermarkets follow suit."
