AJ Odudu and Will Best are reportedly set to host the Big Brother reboot.
The Strictly Come Dancing star and the Channel 4 presenter are said to be lined up to be confirmed as hosts of the ITV reboot in the coming days. AJ had reportedly been signed up for several months but bosses were finalising the details of who she'd be joined by.
Will and AJ are great friends so it was a "no-brainer" for bosses to sign them both up, with sources revealing that ITV are expected to confirm the exciting news in the coming days ahead of the hotly-anticipated launch.
A source told The Sun: "AJ has known since last year the Big Brother job was hers but she’s been waiting for her co-host to be confirmed. AJ and Will did a brilliant screen test together and their chemistry was brilliant. It was a no-brainer.
"They are great friends too so to be able to work together is really exciting. They could not be more excited about joining forces to bring back Big Brother. AJ and Will are going to be formally announced by ITV really soon and they can’t wait to get stuck in."
A spokesperson for ITV told the Mirror: "No talent are currently confirmed for the show and announcements will be made in due course."
Rylan Clark had previously hit back at the rumours he had left Strictly: It Takes Two to front Big Brother.
"I just want to say publicly to all the Strictly family, I love you dearly, thank you for the last four years," he said on the radio show over the weekend, "Can I just confirm please as well, I’m seeing all the rumours. Please carry on with your rumours, I ain’t going anywhere darling. ‘It was just my time to say thank you and you know, go, and I don’t know, sit indoors in my pyjamas for a bit."
Fans had been speculating Rylan - who won the celebrity version in 2013 - would be hosting the reboot.
"Not that I am jumping to conclusions or anything but I AM JUMPING… It Tales Two was always going to clash… with Big Brother…?" one suggested, tagging the presenter, who wrote in response: "Ur jumping sadly x."
Other names thought to be in the running for the Big Brother hosting role was previous hosts, Emma Willis and Davina McCall, whilst Alison Hammond - who fronts This Morning - was also expected to sign up as a presenter.
