Big bank dumps scandal-hit audit firm after 57 years

A big four bank is ending its relationship with its auditor of nearly six decades in the latest fallout from a whistleblower scandal.

KPMG has been ANZ's auditor since 1969 and while the partners who worked on the audit have regularly rotated, the bank is looking for a new firm.
