During a news conference, Biden emphasized his belief in being the most qualified candidate to govern and win the election. He noted that while others could also defeat Trump, the task of building a substantial war chest like his own would be daunting. Biden revealed that his campaign had already amassed $220 million, indicating strong financial support.
