Bidding wars have taken place for auction properties in a number of postcode across the city.
The latest Sutton Kersh auction took place last week, with the company selling property worth a total of £7.2m.
Sutton Kersh said postcodes such as L4, L8 and L20, which cover the likes of Anfield, Kirkdale, Walton, Dingle and Bootle, have "been preforming well" over the last 12 months.

This time round, a house on Richard Kelly Drive "gained a lot of interest" and eventually sold for £120,000, £25,000 over its guide price.
A three-bed terrace in L8 was hailed by Sutton Kersh Auctions as "an investment opportunity" bringing in £4,800 per year in rent. It was listed for £50,000 and eventually sold for £71,500.
Another property on Shelley Street in Bootle, which has a rental income of about £6,600 per year, sold for £78,000, or £18,000 over its guide price.
Cathy Holt, associate director at Sutton Kersh Auctions, said: "With the rise in interest rates last month and people’s perception of the property market we weren’t sure how the buyers would respond, but we have been pleasantly surprised with the interest received on lots, both pre-auction and on the day, resulting in a high percentage of lots sold.
"It reinforces what we have always believed; that if the property is priced right we will more than likely find a buyer for it."
The next Sutton Kersh Auction is set to take place on Thursday, May 25 2023.
Last month the ECHO revealed a quirky former guesthouse off Picton Road, known as The Old Dairy, was also set to go under the hammer with Sutton Kersh Auctions with a guide price of £350,000.
However, it is understood that negotiations for a private sale are currently ongoing.
