We must provide a protective shield of Indian culture and moral values to children against negativity. He said that for a healthy body, it is necessary for all the organs to be healthy. Similarly, development of all classes and communities is necessary for a healthy society. It is necessary that the able and capable sections of the society take the responsibility of development of the underprivileged and cooperate with them.
