BGT judge Amanda Holden's 'age-reversing' nickname and what she calls her husband

If there's something that we'll take from Amanda Holden besides her hosting expertise, it's her incredible appearance and rejuvenated looks.

The Britain's Got Talent judge is known for being snapped by paparazzi in chic clothing or putting on a saucy display on Instagram, but how does she do it?

Amanda, who looks incredible at age 51, has previously joked about her age-reversing nickname, having pinned her "big cheeks" and "good jawline" on her family's gene pool.

The mum-of-two admitted that she feels "fabulous" after turning 50 and is oozing confidence and beauty more than ever - even putting her younger self into her romance to keep it young and fresh.

Despite passing the milestone of 50, Amanda admitted that the number doesn't "really mean anything" to her as she looked up to incredible star icons.

Last year, she told the Mirror: "50 doesn’t really mean anything anymore - I look at women like JLo, Kylie and Jennifer Aniston turning that age and being so amazing."

However, growing old hasn't always been easily settling for the television host, having admitt ed to her troubles with ex-husband Les Dennis.

"I had more of a wobble when I turned 30. I got divorced and I was like “s***, I’m 30. I’m supposed to be having children and stuff at this point," she said.

"But at 50 I think I was just in such a good place. I just went “Yeah, I’m 50, I feel fabulous and I just don’t care.”

Despite having a recognisable face across the globe as 'Amanda Holden, she admitted that she's been called a fair share of names in her past - even one that is incredibly flattering.

"I've been called Mandy Button in the past, which is such a flattering thing!

"It’s brilliant. I do look after myself, I run, I do yoga, I’m a vegetarian. But I do love a drink. I don’t deny myself anything."

Amanda makes sure to put her young lifestyle into her relationship with her "fit" husband Chris Hughes.

After 14 years of marriage, Amanda and her partner are "in love" more than ever as they vow to never let the spark go out.

When asked by the Mirror what makes her happy, the blonde beauty responded: "My family, being in love, having good people in my life that look after me."

"My husband - god, we are different people but he is my biggest, proudest champion."

"He’s not a yes man, but he is ‘Go Mandy’ all the time. So it’s just wonderful," she added.

Despite having two children and being married for over a decade, Amanda was still as in love with Chris as if they met just yesterday.

"Oh god I really fancy Chris," she said.

"We’ll be eating dinner in a restaurant, he’ll go to the loo, then I’ll look up, catch a glimpse of a man and think “he’s fit” and then realise “f***, that’s my husband! I still fancy him!"

"He challenges me and I challenge him, and I think that’s the secret to a good marriage."

The Heart Breakfast radio show host even gave an insight into her husband's "strong thumbs" after missing clinic treatments during the Covid-19 pandemic.

"It was massages I missed more than facials. I just missed going to a professional, rather than my husband doing it with strings. He’s really good at massage," she said.

"But that always comes at a price... You work it out!" She added. "He’s got very strong thumbs!"
