Britain's Got Talent viewers were convinced this evening that semi-finalist Andrew Basso "stormed off" stage after learning that he had been knocked out of the competition.
The escapologist performed in a live semi-final of the ITV series tonight, though it was revealed later in the episode that he wouldn't progress further in the talent contest.
Some viewers have speculated that the performer prematurely exited the stage at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith, London, after being told that he was being sent home.
Andrew received the news towards the start of the results portion of the show, with elimated acts usually waiting until every act has received their results before leaving the stage.
Some fans however have speculated that Andrew "stormed off" the stage after discovering his fate, rather than wait until his fellow performers had heard about themselves.
Viewers took to social media earlier tonight to express their thoughts on the latest semi-final of Britain's Got Talent, with a number of them sharing opinions on the escape artist.
"Anyone notice how he just stormed off stage before everyone else?," asked one viewer amid the results. Others similarly tweeted that he appeared to "storm off the stage."
