Beyonce was left impressed by daughter Blue Ivy after she "trained even harder" for her role on the Renaissance World Tour following criticism of her "lacklustre moves" online, it has been reported.
The hitmaker’s upcoming concert movie, Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, details how the 11-year-old prepared for her “one-off” performance during the star’s concert in Paris, France, on May 26.
However, Blue Ivy, who has already earned a Grammy Award, went on to make a number of appearances on the tour during the dance breaks to My Power and Black Parade, which quickly became viral.
As reported by The New York Times, the 42-year-old wasn’t initially convinced of letting her daughter dance on the tour, saying in the concert movie: “She told me she was ready to perform, and I told her no.”
However after allowing her eldest to perform alongside her, the multi-platinum selling artist learned that her daughter read social media comments “that criticised her lacklustre moves.”
But instead of being deterred by the commentary, the tween, with whom she shares with husband JAY-Z, was determined to prove any naysayers wrong and worked even harder on her dancing.

The outlet added: “But it thrilled her mother that instead of quitting, she decided to put in the work and train even harder for future stops.”
While TODAY’s review wrote: “The scene is so poignant, it led our theatre to loud whistles and impressed, whooping cheers for Ms. Blue Ivy Carter — and a tear or two from this here viewer.”
Over Thanksgiving weekend, Beyonce shared a first look of her Renaissance film, which chronicles her 39-date world tour.
The trailer shows clips with her husband Jay-Z and children, Blue Ivy and twins Rumi and Sir, alongside unseen backstage footage and film of her onstage during the tour.
Narrating the teaser, the US popstar says: “I have nothing to prove to anyone at this point. We are creating our own world. This is my reward. Nobody can take that away from me.”
The trailer starts with footage of Beyonce teaching her son Rumi “a trick” on how to turn a camera around to get the perfect shot, as well as footage with her children and husband travelling on a buggy-style vehicle.
Behind-the-scenes footage also shows her in a circle with her crew and running on a beach wearing a burgundy swimsuit.
Renaissance: A Film By Beyonce charts the singer’s tour of her 2022 Grammy-winning album, sharing concert footage from its launch in Stockholm, Sweden, to the finale in Kansas City, Missouri.
