Beyonce's presale suffered yet another day of technical issues as fans were kicked out of queues and the Ticketmaster app crashed, unable to deal with the hundreds of thousands of fans hoping to bag tickets.
It comes just a day after O2 were forced to issue an apology to furious fans who have faced "difficulties" in trying to secure tickets for the UK dates in the face of "huge demand".
Today, Live Nation's pre-sale tickets for Beyonce's Renaissance tour went on sale at 10am - but fans were left struggling just minutes in.
As fans flooded the queue, desperately hoping to nab some tickets, they admitted to feeling "sick" as they feared the website would crash again like O2's did.
One worried fan tweeted: "Round two… Pre sale on Live Nation today. Please don’t crash like o2 Priority yesterday I need these Beyoncé tickets, I feel sick #beyonće #RenaissanceWorldTour."
In the first few minutes, over 300,000 people joined the queue for tickets to her London show, while over 250,000 joined the queue in a bid to watch Beyonce in Paris.
Yet some very unfortunate fans using the Ticketmaster app found themselves kicked out of the queue after it kept crashing.
One furious fan tweeted: "Hey @Ticketmaster I’m disgusted at your app; I was 22 in the line for Beyonce; your app keeps crashing and then I had to use a browser and now it’s 36,000 - it sent me through to purchase tickets and then crashed. Not on."
While another fumed: "So my ticketmaster app kicked me out. this is why you have MULTIPLE DEVICES i ain’t playing with my beyonce tickets istg."
Others were having similar issues, with one raging: "TELL ME WHY I got to the front of the queue for Beyonce tickets and instead of taking me to the ticket choice page it refreshed and took me back to the Ticketmaster home page I am gonna SCREAM I hate this game."
Another pleaded: "Help!!!! I got through the Beyoncé queue on ticketmaster but it’s not taking me through to tickets it’s just circling round!!! What should we dooooooooo #beyonce #beyoncetickets."
Sharing a screenshot of the tickets they had selected with an error message overlaying it, one fan fumed: "@Ticketmaster you owe me Beyonce tickets."
On Wednesday, the popstar, 41, announced she would be visiting the UK for a series of live performances as part of her first world tour in seven years.
The following day, presale tickets went live for O2 customers via the O2 Priority app and website, however customers experienced problems during the purchasing process.
A spokesman for 02 said: “We apologise to any customers who are experiencing difficulties trying to get Beyonce tickets through our Priority platform today.
“We’re seeing huge demand and we’re doing everything we can to help ensure all our customers can get through.”
The general sale tickets for the live tour will be available from Tuesday February 7, but there will be another chance prior to that through the BREAK MY SOUL legend's own presale event.
Called The BeyHive Presale Event, it will kick off on Monday February 6 2023 at 9am. Fans need to sign up on the star's BeyHive club on their website, then head over to get Beyhive presale tickets here.
