Hundreds of hotel rooms in Cardiff have already sold out for the night of the huge Beyoncé gig in Cardiff's Principality Stadium, before the tickets have even gone on sale. The superstar has announced that she will be returning to Cardiff on May 17, 2023 as part of her Renaissance tour.
And while official general release ticket sales don't go on sale until Tuesday, February 7, most of the city's budget hotels are already booked up. On Thursday morning, less than 24-hours after Queen Bey announced the Cardiff date, all Premier Inn hotels in the city appeared to be booked up. A search on the Premier Inn website for May 17 showed that the nearest hotels to Cardiff with available rooms - both double and single rooms - were Newport and Llantrisant.
