Between The Bridges 2026: 'Cancelled' Southbank pop-up makes return for summer of fun

In December last year, the Between the Bridges team announced that the riverside venue — a multi-purpose spot offering space to eat, drink and dance — would be closed this year as work was carried out on the nearby Jubilee Gardens. Now, in a U-turn, organisers are planning to bring the South Bank space back from the end of April, saying “plans change.”

The 2026 season will begin on April 30, expected to run through the summer and into December. To mark the unexpected comeback, the venue will give away a free drink to the first 500 guests through the door. “We said our goodbyes, but plans change and Between The Bridges will be back for a 2026 season,” said the team.
