Antonio Conte appears to be on the brink of leaving his position as head coach at Tottenham. The Italian has faced an increasingly uncertain future at Spurs for some time now with his contract expiring in the summer.
After having been disappointingly knocked out of both the FA Cup and the Champions League this month, his furious rant at the weekend could be the final straw for Daniel Levy. Conte delivered a fiery rant after his collapsed against Southampton, who sit bottom of the Premier League.
The north London outfit blew a 3-1 lead over the Saints after James Ward-Prowse netted a penalty in the dying embers of the clash. Conte called his players 'unacceptable' and 'selfish', claimed that there was a rotten culture at Tottenham and that the club needs to 'change this situation'.

And, if the latest odds from Betfair are anything to go by then the situation at the club will certainly change very soon. The bookies have suspended bets on Conte to leave the club, with Ryan Mason currently favourite, at 1/9, to be the next permanent Tottenham manager.
Mauricio Pochettino, who has been heavily linked with a return to his former club, is second most likely, at 9/1, to be named as next permanent Spurs boss, with Oliver Glasner in third (11/1) and Thomas Tuchel in fourth (12/1). Large sections of the fanbase have dreamed of seeing either Luis Enrique or Roberto De Zerbi join Spurs but both are wide of the mark at 16/1 and 20/1, respectively.
Thomas Frank has come in at 25/1 after essentially ruling himself out of the race earlier this month. Speaking ahead of Brentford's Premier League clash with Everton, the Bees boss played down suggestions that a move to Spurs is on the cards.
"First, they have a manager which is a manager I have studied for years and I admire massively," the 49-year-old said. "I think he has achieved some fantastic results so I hope he will do well and I hope Spurs do well. Secondly, I am very, very happy here at Brentford."
