Bestwood neighbours still keeping windows closed due to construction site dust

Residents have complained of persisting problems with dust coming from a nearby development that is forcing them to keep their windows closed. People living in Beckhampton Road, Bestwood say they have continued to face problems with the dust due to the construction of the 129 house site by Nottingham City Homes (NCH).

The new NCH development will consist of flats, houses and wheelchair-accessible bungalows. But people living nearby said dust was "on another level". NCH said it was aware of the concerns.

"It's caused a lot of problems," said Enk Yura, a 34-year-old HR worker who lives opposite the site. "Basically everything is just covered by the dust.
