With drivers desperately looking for ways to save on soaring fuel costs, one forecourt consistently comes top in the list of cheapest petrol in the Merseyside region - but there's a catch.
The petrol filling station at Costco discount store in Waterloo Road has both unleaded and diesel which is on average significantly cheaper than its nearest rival - but only Costco members are allowed to fill up their cars at the wholesaler's pumps. Because of this, it may be a good idea to start investing in a Costco membership.
Fortunately, you can get a Costco membership for as little as £15 a year. Currently, there are five membership options available in the UK, however, to benefit from the wide range of perks the higher memberships have, customers must meet specific criteria.
