Due to the current property market boom, house prices have shot up across the country.
According to Purplebricks, prices have grown at the fasted pace in the last 15 years, with the average price at a record high of £272,992.
Homes are flying off the market after and in some cases they're even selling without the buyer even viewing the property in person.

With the current housing climate being described as a 'seller's market', many buyers are looking for the best deal to get on the property ladder.
Reflecting on an extraordinary year for the housing market, Purplebricks has revealed the areas that are currently the best value in Liverpool.
Best value postcodes according to Purplebricks:
L8 - Dingle
L15 - Wavertree
L24 - Speke
L13 - Old Swan
L27 - Netherly
Local property partner at Purplebricks, Donna Lewis said: "These particular areas offer more value for money than other postcodes that are less that one mile away.
"Whilst still having great facilities and amenities, and good access to the City Centre, these areas offer more value as some are ex-local authority developments, which are now majority privately owned.
"Other areas within these postcodes, for example L15 (Wavertree), have a lot of rental properties and student lets, again making it less expensive to buy in these postcodes as there is sometimes less demand from a purchase aspect.
"L13 (Old Swan) and L8 (Dingle) are hugely dense residential areas with a lot of rooftops and less green space, making them more affordable compared to other parts of Liverpool."
Here we've listed properties in these postcodes that have come on the market in 2022 and are already sold subject to contact.
