The Cincinnati Bengals have won two in a row, both over AFC opponents, the most recent during Sunday’s 34-14 triumph over the Indianapolis Colts.
That has most understandably taking a close look at the playoff standings now, which makes sense in the bunched-up AFC. The Bengals will play three of their next four against conference opponents, too, making things interesting.
But Sunday’s game itself had a way of garnering big reactions too. The Bengals grabbed a 14-point lead, then literally gave it away, only to come out of halftime and take it back — with a quarterback injury scare for good measure.
Here’s a look at the notable reactions from right after the game.
There you have it, after a dominant 31-14 win over the Colts, the Bengals are 7-6 and could find themselves a Texans loss away from holding the 7th seed in the AFC.

Did we score 34 back to back all season? Asking for a friend. https://t.co/QuCqvzGhjH

FINAL: #Bengals 34, Colts 14.
Chalk one up to roster depth. The Bengals needed more from everyone in the fallout of the Burrow injury.
They've gotten it. Brown-Mixon combo 230 yards from scrimmage. Tanner Hudson TD. Jake Browning. D shows up. Trey Hendrickson closes.
Hmm..

Bengals O- Line hasn’t given up a sack all day. To the team 2nd in the NFL in sacks. Complete shut out.

Bengals get back over .500 somehow. They're 7-6 and are IN THE HUNT for the playoff spot.

A really good win for the Bengals today. I think they have a great shot at winning the next two.

Another good game from Jake Browning. Dude has been on a heater the past two weeks and has the Bengals firmly in playoff contention. Credit to Zac Taylor for putting together a highly efficient offense as well. Feel like he's letting Browning cook but also giving him easy buttons

I don’t know if you guys heard or not, but the Cincinnati Bengals are still in this thing.

The #Bengals seem to be in a wonderful spot at backup QB.
(Had this saved to my drafts in August. Tweet finally went through.)
