The Passer's Paradise Evolution is your first opportunity in EA FC 25 to upgrade a 96-rated item in Ultimate Team, and there are some amazing options to consider.
The chosen card will raise to an overall rating of 97 while receiving stat boosts, new roles, and playstyles. However, it's always advisable to go through the offered upgrades to ensure that your decision doesn't go to waste. You'll also require 50,000 coins to unlock this evolution.
