A website has ranked the best places to live in Nottinghamshire, according to its researchers. NiceAreas.co.uk has compiled a list of villages, towns and suburbs based on aspects that make locations attractive to those looking for a home.
The website says it uses multiple data sources and combines figures to create a score-like system to filter through more than 10,000 postcode areas. The data covers aspects from house prices, crime statistics and advertised jobs, as well as closeness to motorway junctions, train stations, primary schools and colleges.
The site also mixes in data from the last census carried out in an area. These are the areas NiceAreas.co.uk has decided are the best areas to live in Nottinghamshire, based on their most recently measured metrics.
