With Merseyside basking in glorious sunshine this weekend, many people will be quick to enjoy the warm weather while it lasts.
We asked our readers where they enjoyed visiting the most when the sun comes out. Doreen Virgen said she enjoys visiting Hilbre Island while Paul Llewellyn opted for Sexton Avenue community allotment garden in St Helens. Other popular locations included Goodison Park and Williamson Square.
Laura Jones said: "When we were kids we lived in cavendish street off Byrom Street and we all used to go to St John's Gardens just down the road from us. It was lovely, we used to take a picnic and play ball and tennis in days gone by. Calderstones Park is lovely and so too is the waterfront."

Whether you opt for a family picnic or a leisurely stroll with a partner, there are plenty of places to choose from. We have rounded up some of the most popular places in Merseyside worth visiting this weekend during the warm weather:
The Beach
Liverpool is home to many stunning beaches, whether you decide to take a stroll around New Brighton waterfront or visit the statues in Crosby, we are not short of stunning beachside locations. ECHO readers have said among their favourites are Crosby and Formby where you can go to view the "stunning sunsets".
Brian Walmsley said: "Crosby Beach, followed by dinner at Tapas Tapas in South Road." Lynn Green has "always loved New Brighton". Rach Edwards-Papesch said the sunsets are "beautiful" when you take a walk down Waterloo Marina/beach and Amber Morris said Crosby beach, Formby beach and Formby pine woods are "all lovely for the kids".
Sefton Park
Here on Merseyside we are lucky to have so many parks and green spaces to enjoy, with none other than Sefton Park, which is set between Aigburth Road and Smithdown Road. It is certainly one of the most popular in Liverpool with a huge number of people visiting each day.
Dozens of ECHO readers said their favourite place to go on a lovely sunny day is Sefton Park, which is home to a boating lake, bandstand, ‘fairy glen’ waterfalls and stepping stones, children’s playground, cafes and tennis courts.
Otterspool Prom
Whether you are looking for the perfect place for a family picnic or a leisurely stroll, Otterspool Promenade is the perfect place. ECHO readers have said this is a "lovely" place on a sunny day, with views of Wirral from across the River Mersey.
Open all year round, Otterspool Promenade is also home to an adventure play centre which children can enjoy and families can finish off their day out with a refreshing drink and bite to eat.
Liverpool's waterfront
Bob Woodhouse said he enjoys visiting the Pier Head to watch the ferries while Debbie Dodd added: "The Pier Head listening to The Beatles buskers by the statue and eating ice cream." With plenty of eateries to choose from, there is something for everyone at Liverpool's famous waterfront.
Greatie Market
For many years, Scousers and those living further afield have considered a Saturday morning down at Greatie Market among their weekly ritual as the market remains at the heart of the city. The place is perfect for those hoping to spend their sunny morning looking for the best bargains, just in time for Mother's Day.
Pat Park said: "Greatie Market, obviously a lovely sunny morning, lots of bargains. Buy your mum something for tomorrow and go have tea and a bacon buttie, a nice slice of Liverpool."
