Ohio State came off its bye week and appeared to shake off a little rust on offense against a solid Iowa defense. The Buckeye defense came to play though and set the tone until the offense finally found its groove and started to pile up the yards and points in the second half.
When the victory bell rang, it was another impressive win for Ohio State with a final score of 54-10. It was a hard-hitting, physical donnybrook in Columbus, especially during the first 30 minutes of the game heading into halftime. That gave way to a big-play outburst in the last 30 minutes.
