What you can expect is strength based workouts and a sense of community as you move through the class with others.
Bootcamp Ireland
Bootcamp Ireland is the biggest outdoor fitness bootcamp in Ireland and has been putting attendees through their paces for over 10 years now.
The Dublin spots where they organise outdoor fitness classes include St Anne's Park in Raheny, Terenure College, Bushy Park and Donnnybrook.
Project Awesome
If running is something you're looking to get into, then Project Awesome might just be the group for you.
This group has a focus on fun and community, making it a rather accessible group for anyone who might be nervous about joining an outdoor fitness class in Dublin.
Runs start from Grand Canal Dock and are free to attend.
Shape Up Fitness
Shape Up Fitness, AKA Hanna, organises and teaches a range of female focused outdoor fitness classes in Dublin in locations such as St Edna's Park and Bushy Park.
ParkHIIT
ParkHIIT events take place on most weekends all over Dublin.
Expect to find them in Poppintree, Ashtown, Stoneybatter, St Anne's Park and Phoenix Park, with slots available to book via Eventbrite ahead of each event.
Sister Sheds at St Anne's Park
Sister Sheds, a support network for women in Dublin, have collaborated with Dublin City Council to bring free fitness classes to St Anne's Park.
Groups meet at the Red Stables on Wednesdays at 6pm.
Fitness Bootcamp
Fitness Bootcamp is an online platform that was set up in 2010 to help facilitate group workouts in Ireland.
Their outdoor fitness classes take place in Bray, Cabinteely, Castleknock, Clondalkin, Clonee, Fairview, Glasnevin, Kimmage, Lucan, Malahide and many other areas in and around Dublin.
